Michael and Jesalyn's Family Farm Elopement // Erin Wilson Photography
I have been dying to share this beautiful elopement forever now! I was just trying to find the time to go back through all the photos again since it was back in the midst of spring wedding season. Not only are these two humans beautiful people but they are the kindest ever! I was so honored to be a part of their elopement and seeing them commit their lives to each other. I just love their love story and so happy to see them start their lives together. Originally Michael and Jesalyn were going to have their intimate ceremony over by this beautiful canopied creek on his family's farmland but it was right after all the flooding and the water was just too high. Instead of the creek they opted for an open field with a big beautiful tree to say 'I do' beneath. Their sweet dog was a big part of their day too and when we got back to their house for their small reception I asked Jesalyn if she wanted to take photos with her horses and she was all for it. It made my photographer dreams come true! I've been dying to photograph a bride with a horse. Seriously some of my favorite photographs ever. Wishing them the happiest of happiest marriages ever!
