We first wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to email us and are considering us as your wedding photographer and videographer. Wedding photography and videography means more to me than just pretty photos and films to us...it's getting to know each of the couples we work for and making memories for them. When we take photos of each of our couples it's fun, natural, relaxed and it's our goal to tell their love story. We love that we are a married couple getting to document couples on their big day. We work so well together and ensure we don’t get in each others footage because we’re on the same team…your team! We work together to seamlessly document your day in a fun, calming and relaxed setting knowing sometimes we only have 20 minutes to capture the most magical photos and video of a lifetime.

Hi! It’s us, Josh and Erin. Hello and thank you so much for wanting to know more about what we do. We met in college, total college sweethearts, and we bonded over our love for all things artful. We really really love music…all kinds of music, we love writing, parting, going to art museums, traveling, remodeling our home, we love plays and the theatre and movies. Movie night is our fave! We love family time with our two kids. Because of our love for the arts and story telling and of course family it makes what we do so fulfilling. Our goal is to document wedding days in a way you can remember what it felt like, looked like, sounded like so every moment can be remembered in the best way. We imagine our couples sharing their photos and videos with their families and future children and that is what drives us!

**What makes your different than other photographers and videographers?** - Our main goal is to take timeless artful images that reflect each of my couples. I shoot film and digital images to keep that classic look while giving natural and fun direction for connection in photos and video. We always keep in mind what you're wanting and love to work with each of our couples to come up with new things to try. See a full gallery by clicking here. **Okay so I want to book...what do I do next?!** Yay! We’re so excited. This is what you need to book your wedding with me...a $7000 retainer to hold your wedding date for both photography and videography and a completed contract. I send an online invoice and an online contract for you to fill out, save and print a copy for yourself. After that, you're all set! After that a $2000 payment is due 100 days before your wedding and the remainder of your package is due 45 days before your wedding day. We send online invoices for everything to make it easy!
**Will you get a print release to print my images when the wedding is over?** Yes! You can print at a lab of your choice but will still have the option to order prints from the gallery from a professional lab.
**We're having a destination wedding or getting married in another state or country...do you travel?** Yes!

FAQ Videography

**Do the videos include sound like a letter read out loud, vows or toasts?** YES! You get to choose which of the above you’d like included in your film.
**What is included in the ceremony video?** It is a full ceremony video with three to four different camera angles edited into one seamless film of your entire ceremony with sound.
**Can we pick our own music?** We can only choose songs that are fully licensed out for use in films but we love feedback and take in consideration what kind of music you like and will try to find the best fit for your wedding.
**How will we receive our wedding film?** You will get a link to an online video to share with friends and family and watch over and over again. We will also send a download link and you can download the full video and save it on several devices and cloud storage
**How long does it take to receive the wedding film?** 18 weeks from your wedding date!

I truly cannot say enough things about Erin, her skills, and her love for capturing sweet moments. She is the total package. This is a long review but I would not be typing it if I had not had the best experience with Erin Wilson. I had followed her photography page for a while, and loved her fresh and radiant photos, the wonderful lighting she always seem to find, and the way she captured true emotions instead of staged like photos. From day one of communicating with Erin, I knew our personalities meshed and that I could trust her. I had full confidence that she would seek out the natural moments of our love. I had done a lot of research on the style I wanted for our engagements and for our wedding day. She was able to process my expectations and even add her classic touch. I planned our wedding and Erin knew I had a lot of responsibilities that day; therefore, she took charge and helped me put together a detailed timeline for the day. She has such an amazing background with weddings that she could help me plan--what an angel. Her classic, yet modern style attracted me. To this day, I see her photos in magazines or on social media and I automatically know that's its her flawless work. We are from Arkansas, but live in Houston now. We were supposed to take our engagement photos in August of 2017 , but Hurricane Harvey intruded and we had to postpone. I had mentioned a weekend that we would be in AR visiting family and she made it a point to travel to us and take our engagements then, along with another couple's that morning. I say it all the time... but she's truly a rock star. Erin also volunteered to come to Houston to take my bridals since it was hard for me to travel back to AR at the time. She was so patient, kind and efficient and that is a huge reason I recommend her to all. We got our photos back so quickly and she has gifted us so much more than just physical photos, she's given us everlasting memories for us and our families to enjoy. I am so proud to have her in our lives.

What to expect

**Engagement Sessions** - 2 hour sessions that include two to three outfits and two nearby locations (within a 15 minute drive). I am completely open to helping each couple find outfits that photograph well and pairing those with amazing locations for the best photos. I do some formal photos and a ton of fun natural things to create those gorgeous images you see in my portfolio.
**A Welcome Packet**
I send over an online welcome packet FULL of tips and helpful ideas for your session and ideas for your wedding, lay flats, timeline tips, family photo list and overall helpful items to make your day stress free and smooth.

More frequently asked Questions:

Can we book just video? Right now we are focusing on working as a husband and wife team. You can either just book just photography or a photography videography package. We just wanted to show you a break down in the a la carte of each package. We really value working together and Josh will be my second shooter for photography if you choose just a photography package.
**What equipment do you use?** For film I use a Contax 645 with a Zeiss 80 mm 2.0 Lens and sometimes a Canon 1V with my canon lenses. For photography with digital I use my Canon Mirrorless Cameras and Fujifilm GFX and Canon L series lenses with flash when needed. For Videography Josh uses a canon C70, BlackMagic, Sony FX3’s, Canon Mirrorless Cameras and canon L series lenses.
**How many images will come in my gallery?** I average 70+ images per hour of wedding day coverage but usually much more!
**Do I have to order prints through you?** No, not at all! However I do suggest ordering from either myself or a professional lab for the best quality. When you order through me you'll be assured the colors will be correct and the quality will be the finest. I want you to have the best!
**Do you photograph elopements or small intimate weddings?** Yes, please feel free to ask me about custom elopement and intimate wedding packages. We love to travel too!
