Virginia Engagement Session // Rachel and Tyler // Virginia Film Photographer

These two are SUPER special to me because they were one of my first model couples when I started my business years ago. They helped me build my portfolio and grow my business to what it is now. So I’m incredibly thankful for them alone…then they asked me to be their wedding photographer! I couldn’t believe it. They’ve seen me grow from the beginning and wanted me to be a part of their beautiful day. For their engagement session we photographed it up in Virginia where they now live in the cutest little town of Leesburg Virginia. I was completely in love with the two and then you add these two and their sweet dog. Perfection. More photos to come from these two but enjoy these beautiful images from part one of their engagement session.

Moss Mountain Farm Wedding // Joyce and Logan

Today I’m sharing one of the loveliest couples in the land. Joyce and Logan are not only smart, kind, gorgeous they are just a lot of fun! I loved their style and how Joyce included her heritage throughout the day and Logan included his love for Arkansas his home state by choosing this gorgeous venue to showcase his state. Joyce and Logan celebrated the wedding day by having a gorgeous ceremony in the rose garden of Moss Mountain and a tea ceremony following. They danced the night away, celebrated and toasted with friends and enjoyed all the amazing music by their live band. I just absolutely loved getting to know them and photographing their wedding day and Josh loved making their gorgeous wedding film. Congrats you two!! You were a dream.

Legacy Acres // Citrus Inspired Brunch Wedding Editorial

The prettiest little summertime editorial has my heart! Jessika from Jessika McCuin for Jessika McCuin Weddings and I put our creative minds together and came up with the concept for a Sunday Summer Brunch Wedding full of soft colorful details, painterly surprises and tons of your favorite brunch foods. This gorgeous shoot was featured on the front page of Style Me Pretty and we are just so excited. We were inspired by the color of grapefruit and citrus tones and I've always wanted to do a shoot that was influenced by art and painterly vibes since I studied art from the age of 12. Everything turned out so so perfect and it was a dream to photograph. Here are the amazing vendors that contributed to make this shoot happen:
